The Abrasor XD50-Series features external rubber locking collars designed to work in conjunction with Abrasor hose floats. These collars secure floats in position, preventing movement and bunching along floating dredge pipelines. This ensures consistent buoyancy and eliminates the risk of pipeline sections submerging, which can lead to flow restrictions and operational inefficiencies. It is also a fully integrated suction and delivery hose, featuring a spring steel wire helix, high-tensile textile reinforced wall, and a UV and abrasion resistant outer cover.
