Abrasor XJ20-Series Double Arch Rubber Expansion Joint

Abrasor XJ20-Series Double Arch Rubber Expansion Joints are designed to absorb vibration, compensate for misalignment, accommodate thermal expansion, and reduce noise in demanding slurry transfer systems. Handcrafted in Australia, they are specifically built for abrasive slurry and high-pressure applications where abrasion resistance and service life are critical.

The XJ20-Series features a double arch design that provides increased axial compression and extension, lateral movement, and angular deflection compared with a single arch joint. As a fully integrated suction and delivery joint, each hose comes with a spring steel wire helix, high-tensile textile reinforced walls, and a UV and abrasion resistant outer cover.

As standard our expansion joints come with our exclusive Abrasatech wear liner, delivering industry leading abrasion resistance. We also carry an extensive range of alternative compounds suitable for slurries containing chemicals, hydrocarbons, or high temperatures.
