Abrasor X40-Series Reducing Mining Hose are built to handle the harshest slurry environments where both durability and flexibility are critical. Designed for seamless transitions between pipelines of varying diameters. Available in concentric styles where the centrelines of both pipes are aligned, and eccentric styles where one side is flat and parallel to the adjoining pipe, preventing the formation of a low point.
The Abrasor X40-Series is a fully integrated suction and delivery mining hose featuring a spring steel wire helix, high-tensile textile reinforced wall, and a UV and abrasion resistant outer cover. Flexible construction absorbs vibration, misalignment and movement when used in common applications such as slurry pump spools.
As standard our reducers come with our exclusive Abrasatech wear liner, delivering industry leading abrasion resistance. We also carry an extensive range of alternative compounds suitable for slurries containing chemicals, hydrocarbons, or high temperatures.
